Recruitment Program

On behalf of our Member Organizations, CCALAC hosts an extensive Recruitment Program which is comprised of three main facets: The Job Board, Recruitment Newsletter and Residency Programs & Job Fairs.

Job Board – Our Job Board is provided as a free service to our members and affiliates. We post clinical and administrative job listings at your request. We use the Job Board to highlight openings when we attend career fairs and residency presentations. In an effort to leverage the power of content and social media marketing, CCALAC reaches out via social networks to increase the audience for our recruitment efforts. We also use these listings to build the Job Board Newsletter that we send to interested job seekers. If you have not been utilizing this resource, please visit the job board now. Residency Programs and Job Fairs – In addition to posting your job openings, the CCALAC Recruitment Team routinely visits Residency Programs and Job Fairs throughout Los Angeles County. We work to educate residents and students on the opportunities available within community health centers and collect resumes of employment candidates. Volunteer presenters are invited to join us at appropriate events.
