Recruitment Program

On behalf of our Member Organizations, CCALAC hosts a Recruitment Program which is comprised of three main facets: The Job Board, Recruitment Newsletter, and Presentations and Career Fairs.

Job Board – Our Job Board is provided as a free service to our members and affiliates. We post clinical and non-clinical job listings at your request. We use the Job Board to highlight openings when we attend career fairs and make presentations to students and job seekers. In an effort to leverage the power of content and social media marketing, CCALAC reaches out via social networks to increase the audience for our recruitment efforts. We also use these listings to build the Job Board Newsletter that we send to interested job seekers. If you have not been utilizing this resource, please visit the job board now. We look forward to posting your job openings!

Employment interview and application formPresentations and Job Fairs – In addition to posting your job openings, the CCALAC recruitment team routinely visits college, universities, residency programs, and job fairs throughout Los Angeles County. We work to educate residents and students on the opportunities available within community health centers and collect resumes of employment candidates. Volunteer presenters are invited to join us at appropriate events. If you know of recruitment opportunities CCALAC should attend or would like to join us at a future Recruitment Event, please email Alexander Gil, Workforce Recruitment Program Manager at: agil@ccalac.org.

Workforce Newsletter – We distribute resumes of job seekers directly to our members and affiliates. If you are a Member or Affiliate and not already receiving our newsletter, please subscribe to the Workforce Newsletter!
