NACHC National Health Center Week
National Health Center Week is an annual celebration with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s health centers over the past five decades. The 2022 National Health Center Week was held on August 7-13 with the theme, “Community Health Centers – The Chemistry for Strong Communities.”
Community Health Centers are the beacon of strength, service, and care in their communities. The 2022 National Health Center Week honored front-line providers, staff, and beloved patients who lost their lives during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Community Health Centers have found innovative ways to provide preventative and primary care to their patients.
During the annual celebration, clinics are encouraged to coordinate their events around the corresponding focus days to showcase the innovative ways that health centers are providing high-quality health care, improving health outcomes, and narrowing health disparities. Focus days are available to enhance events and help provide structure, and they help maximize the national impact of our message.
