CCALAC is pleased to announce our 1st Annual Health Information Technology (HIT) Summit. The event virtually brings together organizations and partners across LA County to share innovative HIT strategies and solutions to improve patient care.
CCALAC’s HIT Summit brings LA County healthcare organizations and partners together to highlight the work they are doing today to drive their delivery of care models and improve patient care through the use of HIT. Come learn about how HIT is driving data sharing and care coordination for large health systems, driving patient engagement and reducing costs, and allowing providers to help patients beyond the four walls of their clinic.
