Following the implementation of telehealth at your health center, the focus now shifts to maximize engagement of providers and patients in telehealth utilization. How do we incorporate this practice as a permanent part of your health care delivery matrix? In this session, you will hear from two health centers on strategies and recommendations that have increased provider engagement, while leveraging health center technology, and maximizing care teams in order to sustain virtual care beyond the COVID-19 pandemic.
