The CCALAC HCCN team presents the Patient Portal Training, a training session designed for eClinicalWorks EHR users that will focus on the different system features of the Patient Portal. The training session will provide back office staff and providers with the information that they will need to better engage patients on the Patient Portal.

After the training, participants will:

1. Learn how to maximize the utilization of the available Patient Portal features within eClinicalWorks to increase its value to patients.
2. Learn about specific eClinicalWorks Patient portal features that are most used by patients; specifically, medication refills, uploading normal/abnormal lab results, clinical messaging, and appointment scheduling.
