CCALAC eClinicalWorks User Collaborative Annual Training
March 26, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Complimentary for CCALAC eCW User Collaborative MembersJoin us and eClinicalWorks (eCW) representative Luigi Biele (Train-the-Trainer) for a training tailor-made for members of the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC)!
In the morning segment of this training, we will cover new features in the EMR (ex: administrative changes, including System Performance Monitoring, and Coded/Uncoded Allergies module, to name a few) in addition to suggested workflows associated with each of these changes/enhancements. COVID-19-related practice enhancements (tracking/vaccine management) will also be discussed in the morning session.
In the afternoon segment, we’ll take the digital leap to Telehealth by discussing overall setup, use, and suggested workflows for both provider and patient (i.e., see what a patient sees/experiences when they are scheduled for a televisit appointment in eCW). The day will end with a Q&A segment for items that may have been covered throughout the day, or to assist with other workflow-related items.
Learning Objectives Include:
• Learn about new enhancements and features to eCW EMR in V11e
• Learn about eCW’s solution to tracking COVID-19 immunizations and suggested workflows
• Learn best practices for a successful Telehealth implementation
• See how easy it is for patients to connect with practices via multiple modalities (i.e., on the iPad or the phone)
• Review recently released enhancements for the Telehealth module such as screen-sharing and virtual waiting room
