eCW Annual Training

This training is intended to review upcoming eCW enhancements, products, and services along with tips and tricks to increase document and office efficiency. The target audience is focused on all eCW users including providers, practice managers, front office, mid office, and support staff.  

After the training, participants will learn:

  • eCW Tips and Tricks
  • New features and enhancements for V12
  • Staff onboarding and offboarding strategies
  • Office efficiencies

 To ensure a high-quality training experience and in consideration of space constraints, each health center will be restricted to sending a maximum of two individuals

Instructor Biography:

Tiffany Richardson has 15+ years of experience in healthcare and 20+ years in customer service. Her personal goal is to decrease user burnout with EMR’s and increase direct patient care. Tiffany is currently an Optimization Consultant on the Practice Solution Team at Medical Advantage. In this role, she assesses Database both Remotely and On-site providing solutions using best practice methodology. She is responsible for End-User Training, Tip Sheets, Workflow Analysis, Identifying Gaps, and Optimal Configuration. During her time with Medical Advantage, she has spent a great deal of time building out Workflow Solutions for eCW along with assisting the Implementation Team on Build Checklists for Go-Live Clinics. Tiffany also has vast knowledge with eCW EPCS, Quality Programs, Patient Engagement, ASC, Inventory, In House Configuration, eClniicalTouch, eClinicalMobile, Dictation solutions, Letter and Form Management, and P2P Workflows.

Tiffany has an extensive knowledge with healthcare processes working as Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in diverse settings both In-Patient and Out-Patient Care working with multiple EHR Software’s. Tiffany has worked in ICU, Respiratory Step-Down Units, Urgent Care Clinics, and Primary Care Clinics using EPIC, eClinicalWorks, Meditech, and Docutap. While employed with the Primary Care Clinic, using eCW, she was responsible for scrubbing all the providers notes for completion as the Assistant Director of Medical Services. She also has extensive knowledge with Information Technology, building servers, end user computers, and networks prior to Nursing School as Network Administrator. She has actively worked as an EHR Consultant for the past 4 years honing her skills as a Nurse and a Network Administrator to provide solutions for complex challenges. She has worked alongside billing professionals identifying solutions for coding notes correctly for payment of services. She is an exceptional trainer providing thorough instructions identifying learning styles and adapting accordingly. Her skills as critical thinker, collaborator, and communicator assist her with providing solutions.

Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University with a focus in Telecommunications and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Oklahoma. She also served on her State Nursing Student Association Board while attending nursing school as President and Public Relations Chair and is still involved in her State Nursing Association. Tiffany has obtained eClinicalWorks Train the Trainer certification for both EMR and PM. She continues to keep her RN License current in State of Oklahoma with continued education on relevant Patient Safety, Compliance, Federal Government Policies, Evidence Based Outcomes, and Industry Trends. She is very solution driven and dedicates herself to any client assignment.
