Ready, Set, Engage: HR Recruitment and Retention Strategies

March 3, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

$25.00

Engaged employees are instrumental to a company’s success. Managers need to assess their own level of engagement before attempting to engage employees. Engaged employees have a few common traits: they know what their job requires, have needed tools and supplies, feel cared for, are developed, have a voice, and have opportunities to advance. This workshop will discover the three critical stages of engagement and how to optimize them. Attendees will review the benchmarks of culture and review ready-to-use tools and techniques for how to get employee buy-in and maintain long-term engaged teams.

By the end of the training, attendees will be able to:

  • Define and recognize employee engagement
  • Design jobs to motivate and engage
  • Create an engaging culture/work environment
  • Retain your talent
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies
  • Prevent dis-engagement
