The QI Change Agents Program provides an opportunity for staff to explore a broad range of strategies needed to drive quality and process improvement at the front lines. Through IHQC’s unique virtual learning lab format, individualized coaching, and deliberate practice techniques, participants will be empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to become a QI/PI champion – or Change Agent – within their organization.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the California Health Care Foundation, IHQC is able to offer a discounted registration rate for participants from safety net organizations this year. Registration for this course is only available to staff from community clinics (FQHCs, look-alikes, or low-income/free clinics), county health systems, and public hospitals. Ineligible registrations will be canceled and refunded.
