Join us for a brief, interactive immersion in mindful practice. Together we will explore gratitude in a welcoming group setting dedicated to supporting gifted healers working in community clinics across Greater Los Angeles. We are grateful for you and your work!

Drawing from humanities and personal sharing, it is the aim of these sessions to provide mindful support and connection in a welcome online gathering space. Sessions will be facilitated by Jeffrey Ring, Ph.D., a health psychologist and leadership coach. This initiative is an extension of CCALAC’s Emotional PPE series begun last fall.

This series will explore the personal and workplace challenges of our times through a series of experiential and emotional journeys each week for four weeks. Our goal is that participating in these groups will be healing and uplifting, and that participants will take away new ideas for self-care and resilience.
