Equitable Compensation and Benefits for the Community Health Center Workforce

August 22 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Now more than ever, healthcare employers must plan to ensure workforce satisfaction and gain a competitive edge. Learn how to be an “employer of choice” by creating competitive pay grades and stay far ahead of the minimum wage for California’s healthcare workers. Join experts from Expert Effect and IMA Financial Group to discuss how equitable compensation structures both attract and retain staff.

Explore resources and solutions to extend coverage to your employees’ family members, including those family members aging into Medicare as well as dependent coverage options. Instructors will review dependent care benchmark results, employer contribution modeling, and resources on how to further provide coverage solutions for those who mean the most to your employees, their families.

By attending this in-person session, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify potential pay disparities in your current workforce;
  • Overview steps to develop or create competitive pay grades;
  • Walk away with resources, contribution strategies and solutions for affordable dependent and elder care for your staff and their families

Presented by Betsy Johnson and Guillermo Gonzalez, Jr., SHRM-CP, Senior Vice President, IMA Financial Group.

The training will be held in-person at the CCALAC offices.  Breakfast will be served and parking will be validated.
