Designing a QI Project

$75Need to launch a new QI project in the new year but not sure where to begin?
Join the IHQC team for our “Designing a QI Project” Learning Lab on March 2nd! Leveraging IHQC’s Project Design Checklist, participants will review key steps and templates they can use to help them create comprehensive, actionable project plans. By working through the critical design stages, teams will be better equipped to:
- Assess the current state to ensure they understand any underlying challenges/problems that are impacting processes and care delivery.
- Prioritize their change ideas and create a clear vision and theory of change for their initiative.
- Draft a project plan with SMART goals, impact measures, and clarity on team roles and responsibilities.
Participants will have access to two on-demand modules prior to the live session on January 21st.
