Please note that this Dental Roundtable meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 9:00am-10:30am will be a hybrid event. We ask that you RSVP for this meeting and indicate whether you will be attending in-person or remotely.

For those attending in-person, light breakfast and parking validations will be provided with RSVP. Our offices are located at 445 South Figueroa Street, Suite 2100, Los Angeles, CA 90071. Please park in our building’s parking structure and please see below for more information on CCALAC’s COVID-19 policies and procedures.

CCALAC COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
CCALAC makes every effort to make your meeting as safe as possible. This guidance is for all in-person and hybrid trainings and events inside of the physical office or in other public settings to support a safe, clean environment that limits the transmission or spread of COVID-19. To participate in CCALAC’s office or other community event space, attendees must:

1. Be fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated as defined by the CDC includes 2 full doses and up to date on eligible booster shots.
2. Use the honor system. If you are not feeling well (i.e. experiencing any COVID like symptoms), have had a close exposure and have not yet been tested within 3-5 days of exposure, are still recovering from COVID and haven’t tested negative, or are living with someone that is currently COVID positive, you are required to stay home.
3. Mask use is optional. PPE including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and surface wipes will be made available.
