Customer Service Training for Community Health Centers

$100Join us for a comprehensive training that will equip clinic staff to provide exceptional customer service to patients. The training will focus on the components of excellent customer service including the clinic culture, the patient experience and how to provide customer service when working with patients that present challenging behaviors. Attendees will learn how to develop their own customer service skills and how clinic teams can plan for agency-wide improvement.
By attending this training attendees will be able to:
- Discuss principles of good customer service and tips for improvement;
- Recognize what an excellent patient experience looks like;
- Realize the power of the patient-staff interaction;
- Learn strategies for working with challenging behaviors.

Instructor Biography:
Traci Bivens-Davis is an experienced nonprofit professional with an over twenty-five-year history of health advocacy. As an Intervention Coach and Trainer, she has taught strategies of Harm Reduction, Reproductive Health, and Psychological Well-Being. Traci is a former Los Angeles County Commissioner who advocates for systemic change that improves the health outcomes of Los Angeles County residents living with complex conditions. As the Assistant Director of Training and Equity at the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC), Traci leads the Justice, Equity, Diversion, and Inclusion (JEDI) Organizational change initiative in addition to supervising the daily operations of the Training Center.
