Annual eCW Training

Join us for training to review hot topics for eCW users. We’ll focus on adhering to Information Blocking regulations, the best options for meeting Good Faith Estimate requirements, and proper handling of uncoded allergies. We’ll take a deep dive into quality by discussing best practices for setup, documentation, and leveraging eCW tools to meet your quality goals. Learn the ins and outs of Healow Check-in and see the best features of eCW mobile.

Instructor Biography:
Kristi has been with Medical Advantage Group since June 2018. She is currently a Senior Consultant. Her expertise is working on eClincal Works. She has conducted numerous onsite and remote trainings as well as been the lead consultant onsite for go-lives. She specializes in eCW customization and build, creating documentation, and engaging with practices. She was an end user (x-ray tech/MA/ front office) using eCW in 2010 at a Primary Care office associated with Methodist LeBonheur. She then transitioned roles within Methodist LeBonheur and became a Training Specialist on eCW. During this time, she conducted in person trainings, implemented workflows, created documentation, completed custom build, as well as was the lead trainer onsite at go-lives for various practices of all different specialties across Memphis, TN and a few in Marion, AR. In 2015 she left Methodist LeBonheur and became a consultant. She was “Train the Trainer” certified for both PM and EMR on eCW in 2015.
