Annual eClinicalWorks User Collaborative Training

FreeThis training will review clinical eCW workflow suggestions and eCW set up options for patient engagement with the patient portal. Participants will become more familiar with eCW patient engagement tools and see what is AI tools are to come and available with eCW.
By attending this training, participants will:
- Understand eCW suggested workflows to improve time and navigation burnout
- See what tools or features in eCW, which may be beneficial for testing in the future
- Understand what tools are available for patient engagement
- Have an understanding of all templates and their use in eCW

Jordin R. Crystal, CMA, Certified eCW Trainer, EHR Specialist – Aledade
Jordin brings a unique blend of clinical and technical expertise to the healthcare IT field, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Her career began in 2009, working part-time as a cardiac monitor technician in the ICU for eight years. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in patient care and a deep understanding of critical care workflows.
Jordin then transitioned to a medical assistant role at an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) for three years. This allowed her to further develop her clinical skills and gain valuable insights into the administrative side of healthcare delivery.
Throughout her clinical career, Jordin honed her technical skills through eight years of application support for eClinicalworks. This experience equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the electronic health record (EHR) platform and its role in optimizing healthcare operations.
Leveraging this combined knowledge, Jordin has thrived as a health IT consultant since 2019. She is adept at assisting clients in implementing and optimizing healthcare technology solutions, drawing on her clinical background to ensure the solutions effectively meet the needs of both providers and patients.
