In this webinar, you will hear one FQHC’s experience in integrating trauma informed care through an inward-facing approach. Attendees will explore lessons learned from the process including what was helpful and what could have been done differently. Adaptations related to COVID-19 will be discussed. and The perspective of the Trauma Informed Care Coordinator, Chief Medical Officer, and VP of Legal Council will be shared offering insights on organizational integration of this approach within clinical, operational, and personnel domains.

• Recognize COVID-19 modifications that were made to the process
