This intensive, highly interactive, hands-on 5-week training enables health center managers and supervisors to develop and hone critical skills to successfully lead and manage employees in today’s challenging and fast-changing health center environment.

Who should attend?
This “Core Competencies” cohort is open to managers with 18 months or less in their roles. Participants must currently have operations and staff supervision responsibilities.

Course Format: Using Zoom video conferencing, we replicate the “face-to-face” experience — without the travel!
Throughout the 5 sessions, participants gain knowledge and skills, work together in large and small groups, participate in hands-on exercises, and discuss crucial issues in engaging, managing and retaining health center staff.
Time Commitment
The cohort will begin on February 18, 2022 and meet weekly on Fridays for two and a half hours. Please ensure that you can attend the following sessions before submitting your application:

Applicants should be prepared to commit 3 hours per week to all cohort activities (including online training).

Instructor biography:
Lisa Mouscher, course facilitator, is CEO at Sogence Training and Consulting.
