Some of the topics include: Introduction to Homelessness in LA, Intro to the Coordinated Entry System, Intro to LAHSA, How to Access CES, Resources within CES, Points of Contact, CES Policies, Connecting, and where to find further trainings and meeting spaces. There are no prerequisites to this course. If you have recently hired staff or are new to your role, this course can be foundational. We recommend taking this course again if you haven’t in over a year, as we continually update the content. The Adult CES team within the Systems and Planning Department facilitates the space.
