CCALAC Leadership Training Series: Leading with Clarity, Credibility & Culture
CCALAC is proud to announce a CCALAC Leadership Training Series: Leading into the Future for health center professionals. The 3-session training intends to equip community health center staff with the skills necessary to seek professional advancement. Or, affirm existing skills that support daily operations within your organization. Registrants can attend one session or all three.
Who Should Attend: Health Center staff advancing their careers as Managers, Directors, and Executive Leaders.
Session 1: Leading with Clarity, Credibility & Culture

Leadership today takes more than a title—it takes real tools. This session gives leaders the skills to handle change, conflict, and team challenges calmly and with clarity. You’ll learn how to shift culture, speak with impact, and lead with purpose.
Today’s leadership challenges demand more than authority—they require agility, authenticity, and the ability to inspire action through connection. Leading with Clarity, Credibility & Culture is a dynamic, hands-on session designed to equip leaders with immediately applicable tools to meet the moment.
Participants will learn how to lead with intention, foster trust, and build resilient teams—even amid change, conflict, and complexity. This course empowers leaders to shape culture, sharpen communication, and strengthen credibility in ways that drive performance and engagement.
Whether you’re leading a team, a department, or an entire organization, this training provides the mindset, strategies, and behaviors to lead with clarity, speak with influence, and cultivate a culture where people thrive.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Prior to attending this course, Leaders are strongly encouraged to complete a DiSC assessment. Access to the tool will be provided upon registration. Attendees should bring their results to the training session.
