• Who is eligible to view the Member Login section of CCALAC’s website?

  Individuals with an email address originating from a CCALAC member or affiliate organization may request to have access to the login section of the website.

• How do I request login credentials to view the Member Login section of CCALAC’s website?

  Once your organization is approved as a member or affiliate, you can create an account HERE.

• Is there a limit to the number of employees at a CCALAC member or affiliate organization who can receive login credentials to the Member Login section of the website?

  There is no limit to the number of employees of a CCALAC member or associate organization who can receive login credentials.

• How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

  Password Reset

  If you forgot your password to log in, please click the lost password link and enter the email address that you used when creating your account HERE. An email will be sent to that address with further instructions on how to reset your password.

• Does my CCALAC.org user account grant me access to the Community Portal?

  No, if you’d like to access CCALAC’s Community Portal, please submit the Community Portal MOA to data@ccalac.org.

Professional Development

• How can employees at a CCALAC member or affiliate organization obtain affordable professional development?

  CCALAC Training Center‘s mission is to provide the most relevant, effective, and engaging training tailored for community health center professionals. Available options include group rates, scholarships, etc. Email trainings@ccalac.org for additional information.

• Who do I contact if I am interested in becoming a speaker for a CCALAC event or training?

  For speaker or trainer opportunities contact the Training Center, email training@ccalac.org 

• How do I register for an event or training?

  Registration is required for all CCALAC events and trainings.

  • To register for an upcoming event such as a peer network, advisory group, or roundtable meeting, locate the event details on the Events Calendar and navigate to the event registration form. You will be required to log-in. Verify your details and submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and additional information on how to access the event (e.g., Zoom link for virtual meetings, instructions for in-person/hybrid meetings).
  • To register for an upcoming training, navigate to our Training Center or the Events Calendar to locate the training you are interested in. Log-in is optional, but encouraged. Complete the registration form, ensuring that you enter your professional email address, and submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and additional information regarding the training.

• How do I sign up for CCALAC’s Friday Update, Training Center events, and other newsletters?

  CCALAC members and affiliates can receive our compilation of relevant County, State and Federal legislative updates, training sessions, funding opportunities and other announcements.

Member and Affiliate Information

• What is the difference between membership and affiliate status at CCALAC?
  • Members must meet eligibility criteria, and receive voting privileges during member meetings. Members can participate in any of CCALAC’s educational conferences, trainings, and learning communities. Members pay annual dues based on their annual operating expenses.
  • Affiliate status is open to all organizations, but excluding any organization that is eligible to become a member, and individuals that the CCALAC Board deems to support the mission of CCALAC. Affiliates do not have voting privileges and may participate in CCALAC’s educational conferences, trainings, and learning communities. Affiliates pay a fixed fee annually based on the type of organization (for-profit, non-profit, provider) or individual status (individual or student).

• What is the process to apply to become a CCALAC member or afiliate?

  To apply to become a member or affiliate, please review the information and complete an online application HERE. Completed applications will be presented to the CCALAC Board of Directors at the next meeting for their review and approval.
