Hosting a AHEC Scholar

The AHEC Scholars Program recruits Medical Assistants at the start of their technical training and place them at health centers to complete their 140-hour program requirement beginning in Fall 2026.

Hosting an Allied Health Intern

The CCALAC Allied Health Internship Program will place up to 30 individuals in a paid 110-hour in-person internship at one of our member health centers within LA County. Internships will take place throughout the Spring and Summer of 2026. This is an opportunity to host allied health professionals at your health center site and possibly onboard a potential candidate at the end of the program.

Integrative Behavioral Health Pipeline Program

The Integrative Behavioral Health Pipeline Program will include 6 MSW interns to complete their training at one of our member health centers. The MSW interns will begin their internship in Fall 2026.

The Allied Health Internship Program provides health centers $1000 incentive for hosting an intern. The $1000 incentive is per intern hosted. For example, if your health center hosted 2 interns your health center will receive a $2000 incentive.
