Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program
Build a Reliable, Cost-Effective MA Workforce
The Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program helps community health centers build a strong, diverse, and committed MA workforce through a fully supported earn-and-learn model.
Health centers interview and hire pre-screened, motivated apprentices who begin working on the floor from day one while completing accredited Medical Assistant training, receiving on-the-job mentorship, and benefiting from ongoing professional coaching.
Apprentices earn their MA certification within six months and graduate as highly competent Medical Assistants with a strong commitment to long-term employment in community health.
