Health Fellows Program Information
In exchange for service, the Health Fellows will receive a living allowance that will be disbursed in bi-weekly installments. Health Fellows are also eligible for health insurance and will be eligible for time off. Health Fellows participate in monthly CCALAC professional development trainings (CPR & First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, Emergency Management Preparedness, Disaster Case Management, Motivational Interviewing, etc.), and participate in community service.
The Community Health Fellows program is ideal for recent high school and college graduates interested in pursuing a career in community health or those wanting to work and learn about community health centers, the populations they serve, and their operations and functions.
