Our Mission

Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center (EPFMC) is a quality-focused, federally qualified nonprofit community health center dedicated to improving the physical, social, and emotional well-being of people in the communities we serve, regardless of income.Providing a medical home to over 32,000 patients annually on a budget of close of more than $20 million, EPFMC is one of the few providers of accessible, free or low-cost primary care in downtown and South Los Angeles.EPFMC's doors are open to everyone who needs help, regardless of their ability to pay. Our integrated medical home model incorporates a range of services, from primary care and childbirth classes to counseling for emotional disorders and periodontal cleanings.
