This timely and highly relevant, 3-session training for CHC leaders, managers and supervisors is laser focused to strengthen crucial skills in three essential areas: successfully leading change, managing conflict and making great decisions while strengthening employee engagement. Join us for this important and highly interactive program to gain skills, tools and strategies to meet these very real challenges head-on.

This training is recommended for leaders, managers and supervisors to strengthen much-needed skills in the current environment!
Course Format:
Using the Zoom online conferencing platform, we replicate the “face-to-face” experience without having to travel! Throughout the program, participants gain knowledge and skills, work in large and small groups, participate in hands-on exercises, and discuss crucial issues. We also incorporate short implementation “homework” to facilitate moving learning into immediate action.

Time Commitment:
This is a 3-week course and participants should plan to attend all three sessions. The specific dates are:
- November 18, 2025; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- December 2, 2025; 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- December 9, 2025; 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Important Note: Each participant will need a webcam to join this virtual “face-to-face” training (one participant per device). If access to a computer with a webcam is not available, Zoom has an excellent app and participants may join via tablet or phone with video and audio capability.

Instructor Biography:
Lisa Mouscher brings extensive experience as a trainer, facilitator and consultant working with community health centers nationwide to strengthen organizational, team and individual performance. Lisa focuses her work in two areas: strengthening the skills of health center leaders, managers and supervisors at all levels; and supporting health centers in creating and sustaining a strong culture of customer service. Lisa is an impactful and popular trainer, known for facilitating both immediately applicable results and lasting impact to strengthen health centers for the long-term.
