Designed by Expert Effect for CCALAC, the Facilitation and Presentation Skills Workshop helps professionals increase their confidence. The curriculum supports developing and delivering engaging presentations for use within organizations, conferences, and meetings. Breakout activities reinforce concepts and increase collaborative learning opportunities.
By the end of the training attendees will be able to:

- Recognize the qualities of an impactful facilitator;
- Utilize resources to build engaging PowerPoint presentations and handouts;
- Implement 3 key facilitation techniques.

Instructor Biography:
Traci Bivens-Davis is an experienced nonprofit professional with an over twenty-five-year history of health advocacy. As an Intervention Coach and Trainer, she has taught strategies of Harm Reduction, Reproductive Health, and Psychological Well-Being. Traci is a former, Los Angeles County Commissioner who advocates for systemic change that improves the health outcomes of Los Angeles County residents living with complex conditions. As the Assistant Director of Training and Equity at the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC), Traci leads the organizational change initiative in addition to supervising the daily operations of the Training Center.
