Instructor Biography:

Dr. Arratoonian, DDS, M.S.(c), is an experienced dental professional with over two decades of expertise in clinical dentistry, healthcare management, and quality assurance. A graduate of the USC School of Dentistry (2000), she serves as Dental Director at a Los Angeles-based FQHC and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the USCnSchool of Dentistry. Throughout her career, Dr. Arratoonian has honed her expertise in electronic health records (EHRs), clinical workflows, medical-dental integration, and performance dashboards, ensuring seamless interoperability across FQHCs, private practices, and health systems. As a certified Quality Assurance consultant and a Master of Science candidate in Healthcare Delivery, she focuses on workflow development, AI-driven process improvements, and patient-centered care models. In collaboration with LAC DPH’s Oral Health Program, Dr. Arratoonian is dedicated to increasing access to oral healthcare and empowering medical teams with practical strategies and resources for integrating Dental Warm Handoffs into their workflows.
