So often we are called to lead without sufficient training and preparation. Often, we are called to lead our organizations through unprecedented challenges. At times we are called to lead when we are feeling depleted and overwrought. This workshop aims to uplift leaders through tangible leadership skill development, through the creation of a community of support and encouragement, and through an exploration of both emotional intelligence and approaches to leadership woven with, wellness and the celebration of collective impact.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to

  • Articulate the foundational importance of building trust and psychological safety on a team
  • Describe at least 3 behaviors that facilitate healthy conflict towards problem solving and innovation
