Mentor Program

Woman at the libraryIn response to the high demand for professional mentors in the field of community health, CCALAC is proud to offer an invaluable 6-month mentorship program that pairs a current community health center leader with an emerging leader. The program details are facilitated in collaboration with the mentor, mentee and CCALAC, resulting in an individualized program ranging from connecting by phone or e-mail, shadowing or even meeting for coffee on a regular basis.

To qualify as a mentee, you must be part of any one of the following: the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment program, an emerging leader with less than 2 years of experience in a leadership role or a clinic staff member interested in taking on a leadership role.

To qualify as a mentor, you must hold a current leadership position with more than 3 years of experience. If you’re interested in participating as a mentor or a mentee, let us know by filling out and returning the attached Registration Form. For more information, please contact Erin Sricharoon, Workforce Manager.
