About the Program
CCALAC is currently accepting applications for host sites for the 2026–2027 Community Health Fellows Program. This nine-month, full-time fellowship runs from September 2026 through June 30, 2027 and places passionate individuals at CCALAC member health centers to support projects that increase access to care and improve community health outcomes. Fellows complete 1,450 hours of service and receive ongoing support, training, and professional development throughout the program.

Program Details
- Fellowship term: September 2026 – June 30, 2027
- Full-time placement: Approximately 40 hours/week, totaling 1,450 hours
- Host site responsibilities: Provide supervision, training, and a meaningful project scope for the Fellow
- Host site contribution: $16,000 matching fee to support program sustainability
- Emergency Management: Fellows participate in the EM workgroup and support emergency preparedness efforts at their host site
