Advancing Financial Strength Project

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has initiated fundamental changes in how care is delivered and financed. Clinics are operating in a new and more competitive marketplace, and to survive and thrive in this new era, clinics will need to better understand their financial position and how to improve it. The Advancing the Financial Strength of LA County’s Clinics seeks to support Los Angeles’s community clinics and health centers in improving their financial position and internal financial acumen.

Participating clinics will receive:

  • general and targeted training,
  • technical assistance and support,
  • individual performance evaluation profile on 15 financial and operational measures,
  • individual financial dashboard, updated regularly and accessible online, to track your organization against your local, state and national peers.
