We are looking for 50-minute sessions, 70-minute panels, and 30-minute condensed tips and tricks sessions that address the following topics:
- Healthcare automation or artificial intelligence (AI) (ex. automation of workflows with or without the use of AI, establishing AI data governance programs, ambient AI success stories, creating AI tools for your CHC, etc.);
- Privacy and security (ex. cybersecurity initiatives or training programs, network segmentation best practices, system hardening best practices, etc.);
- Data-driven Initiatives (ex. Interoperability programs, using a health information exchange (HIE) for social services data exchange, CalAIM and enhanced care management (ECM) initiatives, PHMI technology implementation and insights, etc.);
- Healthcare technology (ex. unique call center setups, successful RPM programs, telehealth initiatives to address patients’ immigration concerns, etc.);
- Digital divide (ex. programs to train patients on health center technology, using technology to notify and help patients respond to emergency situations, etc.)
