DESCRIPTION:“Virtual setting\, real connection”  \nThis timely and highly relevant\, 3-session training for CHC leaders\, managers and supervisors is laser focused to strengthen crucial skills in three essential areas: successfully leading change\, managing conflict and making great decisions while strengthening employee engagement. Join us for this important and highly interactive program to gain skills\, tools and strategies to meet these very real challenges head-on.   \nParticipants Gain and Strengthen Skills to:  \n\nEffectively lead and manage change (even in times of uncertainty or resistance!) \nStrengthen crucial day-to-day decision-making processes \nDe-escalate and resolve potential and existing conflict \n\nWho Should Attend? \nThis training is recommended for leaders\, managers and supervisors to strengthen much-needed skills in the current environment!  \nCourse Format:  \nUsing the Zoom online conferencing platform\, we replicate the “face-to-face” experience without having to travel! Throughout the program\, participants gain knowledge and skills\, work in large and small groups\, participate in hands-on exercises\, and discuss crucial issues.
