Imagine a facility where challenging behavior is managed early using preventive techniques that have stood the test of time. Where a competent and confident staff understand that it’s not about being strong enough to use force, it’s about being strong enough not to.
CPI’s Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training program is a safe, nonharmful behavior management system designed to help staff provide for the best Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of confrontational, disruptive, or potentially out-of-control clients or visitors.
From a raised voice to a physical assault, all levels of risk behavior—and the appropriate staff interventions—are addressed. The training gives staff a solid framework for decision making and serves as a foundation for a system-wide crisis intervention training plan. The program also helps your facility comply with current legislation and regulations.
One-day, two-day, and four-day training options are available. Space is limited.
