Telehealth Implementation Workshops are designed to create a supportive environment where clinics at all levels of implementation status can: participate in project planning exercises; share and receive ideas and best practices with other clinics in the region; and receive assistance with roadblocks encountered while implementing and integrating a telehealth program.

This workshop will mostly benefit those that are in the beginning stages of telehealth planning and implementation, but organizations with all levels of telehealth expertise are encouraged to participate in order to create a well-rounded learning environment for all participants.

Who should attend: COOs, Billing Professionals, HIT Professionals, Health Center Champions

By the end of the training, attendees will be able to:

  • Assess infrastructure needs to improve provider satisfaction;
  • Utilize concrete and accessible tools including the Telehealth Implementation Roadmap;
  • Access professionals for capacity development.

Presenters: Rebecca Picasso, Program Director and Kathy J. Chorba, Executive Director, California Telehealth Resource Center

This workshop is provided in collaboration with The California Telehealth Resource Center.
