We are pleased to announce a NextGen Provider Training Webinar Series in partnership with OCHIN. This series is intended to train Providers on best practices for commonly used templates and workflows in order to advance user knowledge of the system and improve overall efficiency.

Please note, the following webinar was originally scheduled for early June but has been rescheduled for the last session of the series. The My Plan Templates training will be the first webinar held in the series on June 24, 2019.

The final webinar of the series will review the best practice workflows for documenting and managing a patient’s diagnosis lists. Providers will be shown how to use various workflows including the NextGen Diagnosis Code Lookup template, NextGen Common Assessment template, and the NextGen Diagnosis Module. If applicable for member organizations, we will review a third party tool called the IMO.

Participants will:

  • Understand how to document and manage assessments through the NextGen Diagnosis Code Lookup template.
  • Understand how to document and manage assessments through the NextGen Common Assessment template.
  • Understand how to document and manage assessments through the NextGen Diagnosis Module.
  • If applicable, understand how to document and manage assessments through third party IMO template.
