Los Angeles Maternal Mental Health Access (LAMMHA) Collaborative Care (CoCM) Financial Analysis Webinar

This one-hour webinar will explore strategies for integrating a perinatal mental health care model into behavioral health programs within community health centers. Drawing on four years of experience through the LAMMHA program, Eisner Health will share practical tools, key lessons learned, and approaches to implementing the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), an evidence-based framework for integrating behavioral health services into primary care settings.

Supported through funding from the California Health Care Foundation, the program included consultant-led analyses to assess the financial feasibility of collaborative care, and Medi-Cal billing requirements for CoCM codes, with potential reimbursement opportunities. The webinar will also include an overview of the financial sustainability utilizing a CoCM financial planning tool that attendees can apply within their own organizations.
