With the recent HRSA hypertension funding requirements to implement Bluetooth or wireless-enabled self-measured blood pressure devices, health centers are looking for guidance on how to roll out high-tech remote patient monitoring (RPM) tools. In response, this three-part RPM training series will kick off with a high-level overview of RPM, such as the difference between low tech and high-tech tools and how to choose an RPM tool.
