i2i Super User Training – Advanced Tracks

This course is designed for Advanced Tracks users who are looking to hone their knowledge and advance into more complex and comprehensive utilization of i2i Tracks. Users should have a strong Tracks background and be comfortable navigating and utilizing the system for a variety of use cases.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Design and utilize advanced searches for patient outreach and data validation.
- Create Data Stewardship process and schedule.
- Support and sustain mapping in Tracks for quality data.
- Modify an iPHA report or dashboard to meet changing reporting needs.

Anne K. Enright, MHS, Senior Population Health Consultant, i2i Population Health
Anne Enright has supported i2i customers as a Senior Population Health Consultant since May 2012. She brings more than 30 years of ambulatory clinical experience to her role at i2i.
Anne has a Master’s degree in Health Education. She worked for 20 years at a Community Health Center in San Francisco. Prior to joining i2i Population Health, she worked as the Practice Manager and Director of Health Education for a group practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Anne is passionate about improving patient health and helping organizations to maximize their use of technology to achieve that goal.
Evan Colby, Director, Client Success, i2i Population Health
Evan Colby has been working for i2i Population Health since October 2016. In his role he supports a variety of organizations, from Federally Qualified Health Centers, to Hospitals, Behavior Health Organizations and many others, in their Population Health Journey.
Evan began his work in healthcare as an AmeriCorps member at a Community Health Center in New York City. He worked with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for several years and then as an account manager supporting Hospitals and Hospital Systems on the West Coast, supporting education and learning through Interactive Patient Care before joining i2i in 2016.
Evan believes strongly in the efficacy of technology to improve population health and is dedicated to working with organizations to remove barriers and meet their goals.
