Enrollment & Retention Summit

CCALAC’s Enrollment & Retention Summit is an in-person, full-day event bringing together Enrollment Leads and Chief Operations Officers (COOs) from across Los Angeles County to share strategies, best practices, and practical solutions to strengthen outreach, enrollment, and retention efforts.

The agenda is currently being finalized and will be shared soon. It will feature peer learning opportunities, policy updates, and discussions on emerging challenges and opportunities impacting enrollment and retention, including how health centers can prepare for HR1 implementation.

As this will be a full-day event, we encourage health centers to plan accordingly and consider sending their OER Leads and COO to participate and learn together. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please plan to arrive early. Parking is on-site.
