Supervisors understand that managing people is a lot like coaching a team. Skills such as motivation and inspiration must be combined to encourage cooperation while developing leadership. This course helps Managers develop knowledge and skills within clinic settings to translate average workers into future leaders and conflicts into opportunities. Attendees will learn how to move teams forward and get them to consistently perform at a peak level.

By the end of the training attendees will be able to:

  • Define coaching and teambuilding strategies and tactics that help employees to optimum achievement;
  • Discuss strategies for developing a results oriented team;
  • Describe how to become a positive team leader who achieves maximum results;
  • Recognize the skills and behaviors necessary for effective leadership.

Presented by SkillPath Enterprise Solutions.
