Effective billing practices are critical to the financial well-being of a community clinic or health center. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive two day long training program on this topic. The training program will be provided by expert faculty with extensive experience in community clinics and health centers. This program offers participants hours of specialized training, written materials, time to interact with faculty and an opportunity to network with other attendees.
This in-person training will provide an overview of the fundamental skills needed of today’s billing management professionals, focused on billing basics and revenue cycle management.
Upon completion of this training participants should be able to:
- Identify revenue cycle best practices
- Understand and calculate revenue cycle key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Update or develop billing related policy and procedures
- Implement effective procedures in the billing department
