At times we are called to lead when we are feeling depleted and overwrought. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Articulate the foundational importance of building trust and psychological safety on a team.
- Describe at least 3 behaviors that facilitate healthy conflict towards problem solving and innovation.
- Apply the basic principles of emotional intelligence to themselves and their teams.
- Enhance their attention to self and team vitality and vibrancy.
